During an ongoing recruitment process, we will provide you with feedback on the selection process, criteria and timetable. Of course, we provide you with a maximum of information regarding the position to be filled. If we do not have an answer to a question, we will make every effort to answer it promptly or establish contact.

Upon request, we will provide you with feedback on your application documents, your qualifications, further development opportunities and any other questions you may have. When we make a recommendation to you (e.g. for a position), we are convinced that it is a good fit for you. Long-term satisfaction is more important to us than short-term "fee success".
